Steve LaCesa, CIC, LUTCF
Steve LaCesa, President, has been working in the industry for 29 years, 26 of those years with Oak Tree Insurance.  Living, active and well known within the Portland Metropolitan community, Steve specializes in Business, Benefits and High End Personal coverage providing services as both a licensed insurance agent and consultant.  He is committed to building lasting relationships by helping our clients find a variety of insurance options through access to a diverse portfolio of products from some of the country’s most reputable companies.  A Certified Insurance Counselor, Steve is a member of the Life Underwriters Training Council and a board member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Oregon.
Mike Walter, CIC
Mike Walter started his insurance career at Oak Tree Insurance in 1997, after spending 11 years as a player in the NFL. As part of the Oak Tree Insurance team, Mike works with his commercial and personal line clients providing solutions for their risk needs. With a broad array of quality carriers available to Oak Tree Insurance, Mike handles the insurance needs for Contractors, Manufacturers and Wholesalers. He also enjoys working closely with a variety of clients in the Food and Beverage industry. Mike is active in the community and has relationships with numerous local charities and groups.

Connor Miller
Connor Miller is a longtime resident of Lake Oswego and a graduate of the University of Oregon. Currently holding Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance licenses, Connor has completed the Safeco Commercial Producer Education Program as well as the Mutual of Enumclaw Commercial Insurance School. Connor provides insurance solutions for both Individuals and Businesses with expertise in child daycare, dog daycare and boarding, auto repair, construction, manufacturing, and workers compensation. He values developing a strong relationship with his clients and taking a consultative approach.
Peter Nielsen
Peter Nielsen has developed expertise in Underwriting, Marketing, Sales Management, Account Management, Employee Benefits Administration, Insurance Consulting, Errors & Omissions Products and Programs (Attorneys and Trustees program specifically), Financial Products (D&O, EPLI, Bonds and Fiduciary products), Excess and Deposit Bonding, Workers Compensation, Distressed Asset Product Programs (Bankruptcy Trustees & Receivers) and Risk Management Services including Claims Services. His involvement in Programs Administration granted him Underwriting Authorities, and through extensive work with Lloyds of London, was Tribunalized for Authority and Claims Payment responsibilities.
Peter’s account insurance expertise lies in: Professional trades such as Law Professionals, Architects, and Engineers, Construction Consultants, High Tech Equipment and Software manufacturing, retail/wholesale operations, real estate property owners, hospitality and resort companies, and both residential and commercial property development companies. Additionally, he has unique expertise in Owner & Contractor Controlled Insurance Policies, OCIP/WRAP administration and Drilling & Blasting operations. 
Kelly Atwood, CISC
A local, long-term resident of Lake Oswego, Kelly Atwood has over 40 years in the insurance industry and has developed expertise in the intricacies of insuring the construction trades as well as commercial and personal insurance. Kelly is a Certified Insurance Specialist Construction (CISC), one of only 3 in Oregon. He has worked with State of Oregon insurance task forces and contributed information to state agencies regarding insurance issues. He served on the SAIF Agent’s Advisory Committee for many years and has been involved with the Oregon Home Builders Association (OHBA) for over 25 years, and was Associate Vice-President of OHBA for two years. He focuses on finding solutions to the insurance needs of his clients and helps clients manage risk. Combining his knowledge and Oak Tree Insurance resources gives clients access to a variety of insurance coverages from some of the country’s most reputable insurers.
Michael Rich, CLU, ChFC
Michael Rich is a Senior Account Executive with Oak Tree Insurance, a regional brokerage firm serving the Pacific Northwest out of Lake Oswego, Oregon. He is also an approved member of the AMA Insurance Agency’s Trusted Source Network. Areas of expertise include Executive Compensation, Key Employee Protection & Retention, Exit Planning for Business Owners along with Wealth Preservation Strategies through the creative use of Disability, Life and Long Term Care Insurance.
Al Ochosa
Al Ochosa has long been recognized by the insurance underwriting community, his colleagues, and, more importantly, his clients for his ethics, integrity, and client-focused solutions. He has developed vast knowledge and expertise in New Business Development, Renewal Retention and Account Management, Client Advocacy, and Insurance Program Management during his multi-year tenure in the insurance industry. He has worked on managing risks for a variety of clientele in the Western States ranging from Auto Services, Livery & Public Auto Fleets, Waste Hauling, Construction (specifically Floor Covering, Carpet Cleaning, and other Artisan Trades), Hospitality, and other Retail, Wholesale, and Professional Services operations as well as Trade Associations, Affinity Groups, and Non-Profit Organizations. Al’s technical expertise lies in his deep understanding of Workers Compensation, Contractors’ Insurance, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, and Management Liability (Directors & Officers/Employment Related Practices).
Ryan McKay                    
Having lived in Oregon most of his life, Ryan knows our community well. For the past 13 years, he helped businesses and families make educated decisions when evaluating and purchasing insurance. What sets Ryan apart from the competition is his focus on finding solutions rather than just selling policies. Ryan’s insurance experience includes garage and auto dealers, retailers and wholesalers, property owners, professional liability, and personal insurance including home, auto, boat, etc. His knowledge and ingenuity, along with Oak Tree Insurance resources, will assist our clients to identify insurance options that will fit their needs.
Michelle LaCesa                    
Michelle joined Oak Tree Insurance in May 2011 after graduating from Oregon State University with a major in business marketing.  She is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health and successfully completed Safeco's Personal Lines Producer Program.  Michelle understands the role that Oak Tree Insurance plays in the community.  Combining energy, enthusiasm and hard work, she excels at building long-term connections with clients, prospects and the public.  In addition to serving on the Cards for Kids committee for Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Michelle is a member of Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce, and is on the Lake Oswego Relay for Life Committee as sponsorship chair.  Passionate about health and nutrition (she minored in health promotion and completed a heath marketing internship at The Corvallis Clinic during her senior year of college), Michelle regularly presents educational "lunch and learn" seminars on personal and corporate wellness to educate employees and reinforce existing programs.
